However the listing to sale price ratio came in at 93.2%, which is a 1.8% decrease over September. The good news for sellers? Average days on the market was 60. Thats down by 10 over September. | |

As I am a Residential Specialist, please keep in mind that all stats are only residential.
September was a great month in real estate. The weather was warm and the buyers were very active. It showed in our stats. The average sales price in Moose Jaw was $186,249. The average list to sale price ratio was sitting at a healthy 95%. Houses were on the market on average 70 days.
